Should you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations less then 24 hours are subject to a fee of 30% of the booking. There is a 5-minute grace period. Later than 5 minutes may result in a cancellation fee. No call / no shows are responsible for 100% of the appointment cost. If card declines, you are no longer able to book with Flock Esthetics and Wax Studio. All fees are non refundable and do not go towards future appointments. Appointment is required.
